By submitting information to GISW, you grant GISW a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to that information at its sole discretion, including incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including without limitation published books in all formats. If you do not wish to grant these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit information to this website.

By submitting to GISW Users acknowledge that their entries will be published on GISW. Users give their consent for submissions to be published on GISW and associated sites. User Conduct:

User shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available on GISW any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with User. User shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.

Monitoring:

GISW shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of GISW, including all submissions, to determine compliance with this Agreement. GISW shall have the right in its sole discretion to reguse to post, or remove any material submitted to or posted on GISW. Without limiting the foregoing, GISW shall have the right to remove any material that GISW in its sole discretion finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

GISW does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. GISW is not responsible for the content of linked third0party sites, sites framed within GISW, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. User use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. GISW does not endorse any product advertised on GISW. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

User expressly agrees that use of GISW is at User’s sole risk.
